Capacity Building Workshop

From 13 – 15 October, 2008, UNREC, in collaboration with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNCHR), the International Committee for Red Cross (ICRC) and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) organized a capacity building workshop for Togolese armed forces at the Joint Chief of Staff headquarters in Lome.
